Well guess what! I did this with a MOUSE. I did the sketch traditionally and made it transparent so I could colour.

Lil story here:
Last new years I was wonder trading random pokemon in X/Y, and one of the Pokemon I received was a Phione nicknamed ‘HAPPYnewYEAR’

I thought it was a really cute way to end the year
So this year, I decided to continue the previous giveaways legacy
I got 3 full boxes of Phione and wondertraded them off today~

And to top it off I worked on this piece
